NYM Group is a stable, growing and professional Commercial Maintenance company currently seeking a Full-Time VACTOR DRIVER/OPERATOR for our Ronkonkoma Location. This is an opportunity to join a great team and work on a variety of exciting projects throughout the Northeast * APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A VALID/CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE * The applicant must be willing to do multiple trades. Every day is something different. You will assist the project with various assignments as necessary. Often will work on a variety of tasks within a given day. Job Task: The operator is responsible for vacuuming and cleaning catch basins and drain manholes cleaning sewer and drain pipes with high pressured water jetting Drive and operate sewer cleaning pump trucks Clean Sanitary Sewer Systems Clean Storm Water Systems Performs miscellaneous related duties and carry out special projects as assigned Prepare pre and post trip vehicle inspection Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner Previous experience working with Vacuum trucks A record of safe vehicle operation CDL Class A / B w/tanker endorsement General Labor We ask that all applicants have the following qualifications: Must have a valid/clean drivers license and reliable transportation Must have a CDL Class B Driver’s License Must have flexible availability Availability to work overtime if necessary Must be able to work in all weather conditions Clear communications skills Must have a reliable smart phone Ability to use company ipad Compensation: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience Other Perks: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off and 401(k) + so much more!
