The right individual that takes pride in the job will be compensated very well. Job Duties Grounds maintenance (mowing, weedeating, landscaping, tree trimming) Equipment maintenance General construction work Discing,spraying,planting,mowing fields Qualifications Must have the ability to service and repair a full fleet of farm equipment.
