Welcome to the world of chunky hand-knit zigzags and stripes! In this class you will be taught how to use the pre-looped yarn and make a striped hand-knit blanket. These are bigger in size than the classic and aren't quite as bulky but are just as soft. We'll use five skeins and it should turn out to be approximately 148" x 48"! These are the perfect weight for spring sports, campfires and cool nights on the boat. They come together with a beautiful zigzag pattern that is super fun and oh so fancy! Oh and do I even have to mention the color choices?! PERFECT for Easter Baskets too! If you've never tried the pre-looped yarn, come and join us for class and see how easy it is to use. Your loops are always consistent in size and you always know if you drop a stitch! Previous hand-knitting experience isn't necessary but would definitely be helpful. These turn out so cool!!! Class is perfect for ages 10 and up. Fees include all materials and class time.
