Hello Spring Sound Healing Workshop was created to celebrate the season changing. This event includes Movement & Sound Healing Certification Hello beautiful people, My name is Chanda Woodall, im the owner of In Time Yoga & Wellness Studio located in Fairlawn Oh. My team and I created this event to help uplifts one anothers sprits after the long OH winter. I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher and have grown a passion for sound healing and learned so many good things about the benifits it brings to our bodies. Throughout this workship the guest will be guided through beginner friendly movement ending with a guided meditation session to bring us center for the first 60mins of this workshop. Following out collective guided sound meditation, I will go through the Intro to Sound Healing Manual that each student will be provided with to take home as a referance.
