Join us for a special 2-Part workshop with Kyle Valla from Canon! Learn the essentials for successful panoramic imagery while on location at Pier 66 on the Seattle waterfront. Led by local Canon representative and panorama enthusiast, Kyle Valla, we’ll focus on the gear and techniques to make the best images of large scenes that can’t be captured in a single frame. This event will also include the opportunity to get a free print of your fave image captured during our photowalk, in a printing event at Glazer's on April 23rd, from 10 AM - 1 PM. WHERE TO MEETWe’ll start at the upper level (above the Bell Harbor International Conference Center) on Pier 66 and then head down to Pier 62 for another perspective of our beautiful city. WHAT TO BRINGPlease bring your own camera, lens, tripod, charged battery, and empty memory card. CANON LOANER GEARLimited Canon Loaner gear will be available for attendees to try. SCHEDULEAPRIL 18 - 6 PM - 8 PM - LOCATION SHOOT AT PIER 66 & PIER 62 APRIL 23 - 10 AM - 1 PM - FREE PRINTS at Glazer's Printer Bar on the 2nd Floor Kyle will be in-store at Glazer’s to print out your best panorama from the day using the Canon Pro-300 printer. Bring your composited file from 10 am-1 pm and get a beautiful print to take home. ABOUT KYLE VALLAKyle’s love for image making began over two decades ago while learning black and white film photography in high school. After graduating college with a fine arts degree with a concentration in photography, he began a wedding, portrait, and event photography business while simultaneously working in the region’s camera stores. After more than 13 years working in camera stores in Oregon and Washington, he joined Canon in 2019 as the northwest sales representative. Kyle loves teaching and sharing his passion for capturing memories and the gear used to create these images. Images captured during our events may be shared on our social channels, like Instagram and Facebook. This event has limited space, as a result, registration is required for each attendee, if you are planning to bring a guest, please register for them as well. 
 If you are on the waitlist for this event, you will receive notification, via email, if a space becomes available for you. The event may be canceled if ticket minimum sales aren't met. PRICING, FEES & REFUNDS In the event of a refund, Eventbrite Fees are not refundable. Eventbrite fees are only refunded if an event is canceled. We will issue a full refund up to 4 days before the event date; or a 50% refund up to the day of the event, if however, we are able to fill the spot, we may issue a full refund. No-shows will not be refunded. Refunds are unavailable post-event date.
