Students will learn how to properly mix and blend the paints to create Daisies in bloom on the outside of the glasses. Learn how to double load and blend to create the illusion of a flower in bloom inside the glass as you drink from it. This technique is painting wet on wet and how to quickly dry layers to paint over the top for a beautiful layered effect. Each person will get to create 2 glasses with Acrylic Enamel Paint. Please wear old clothes that can get paint on them or an apron. I would also recommend gloves to help keep paint off hands while paint on glassware. *Please note: Due to the nature of the art, these do require a heat set in a cold oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and let air cool in the oven for approximately 2 hours until cooled. This is a video of Daisies on Champagne Flutes and the same technique can be applied to wine or drinking glasses.
