The Transgender Center of the Rockies is partnering with the Arts District on Santa Fe to celebrate TDoV during First Friday. Transgender Day of Visibility (TDoV) is a day to celebrate transgender and gender expansive people, and the progress we have made in building a society that celebrates authentic self-expression. The Transgender Center of the Rockies (TCR) is partnering with the Arts District on Santa Fe to celebrate TDoV this year during First Friday on April 1. A typical First Friday on Santa Fe features open art galleries, shops, restaurants/breweries, food trucks, and other fun activities. The TCR will also be hosting a series of drag, poetry, musical, and other performances from local transgender and gender expansive artists; a resource fair; and a giveaway! This event is FREE and open to all ages. You DO NOT need to RSVP or reserve tickets in order to attend this event. Just show up and have fun! This event will also be a fundraiser for the Transgender Center of the Rockies! Participating businesses on Santa Fe Blvd and other locations around Denver will be sponsoring this event, and/or donating a portion of their profits from the evening to the TCR.
