Join us for Camp Junior Rangers! Do you ever wonder what it takes to be a Forest Ranger? We will hone our skills while earning badges! Adventure with us and earn all your badges to become a Junior Ranger! This week will be all about exploring, learning, and protecting the natural wild of the great outdoors in our own backyard! Just like they would in a national park, campers will explore the land using maps and navigation skills to discover hidden treasures, traverse wondrous caves, and behold wild habitats. Through various activities such as making wilderness necklaces, creating geodes, bird watching, panning for gold, hunting for habitats, and even cooking up a camp meal in our outdoor mud kitchen- our newfound junior rangers will be embracing wilderness safety and conservation skills all while nurturing a connection to nature by practicing collaboration, creativity, mindfulness, wonder, and play. Campers will also explore the forest, view the beautiful wildlife on the Provo River Trail, and participate in daily activities that will include storytelling, mindfulness, and singing.
