Join us for a night of tequila tasting featuring Herradura along with a 4 course meal included with each ticket! 1st Course - Cocktail HourEnjoy a cocktail hour with other attendees where you'll receive a margarita of your choice made with Herradura Silver tequila. TaCo is already known for amazing margaritas, and using this premium tequila only makes them even better! You can converse and enjoy the cocktail hour by snacking on some of our house salsa and guacamole with golden tortilla chips. 2nd Course - SaladWe are making a special arugula salad with mandarin oranges, pork belly, pickled radishes, and an avocado vinaigrette topped with crisply tortilla strips. Along with your salad you'll be tasting Herradura's Reposado tequila. 3rd Course - TacosOf course there will be tacos at TaCo! The main entree of the evening will be 2 birria tacos with red cabbage served with a side of consome garnished with white onion and cilantro. You'll want to sip slowly on Herradura's Anejo tequila that's been barrel aged for more than a year to develop an amazing rich tequila flavor. 4th Course - Fried Ice CreamEnjoy fried vanilla ice cream rolled in honey oats, raspberry puree and topped with a honey sugar crisp. This will be complemented by Herradura's Ultra tequila, a tequila so smooth and rich ultra is the only way to describe it.
