Colon & Son’s Commercial Cleaning LLC is looking for a hard working individual to join our team! The position offered is 17.5/hrs a week. There will be 2 commercial facilities that will be cleaned and both come together, please do not reply if you can only do one. 1st facility is Monday-Friday anytime after 6pm for 1.5 hours each night. 2nd facility is Tuesday’s and Friday’s anytime after 5pm for 5 hours each night. Responsibilities and duties for both jobs will include: Emptying all trash, Cleaning bathrooms, Kitchens, Dusting all surfaces and baseboards, Clean all glass, Vacuum, Sweep and mop all floors. This position requires physical work ( trash can be very heavy and heavy mopping.) This position starts at $13/hr and in 30 days will increase.25 and in 90 days another.25.
