Seeking Adventure Rental Vehicle Assistant/Cleaner!

Local friends & family-run shop based in Longmont looking for a driven, smart, and capable hourly employee who’s comfortable cleaning, furnishing, and setting up contactless pickups for adventure-ready vehicles as well as potentially interacting with customers via phone, text, and email. Roughly 20 hours/week guaranteed, though during high season (May-Sept), the ideal employee would have the flexibility to work more hours as available (up to 40). The Job: Set up and cleaning of vehicles between rentals. Provide occasional coverage (after training) for our customer service team in answering phones to help customers make vehicle reservations (guiding to the right vehicle for their needs/their trip), answering service texts while customers are out on the road, and troubleshoot issues to the best of your ability. Required skills: -Experience/willingness to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks (vacuuming vehicle, cleaning surfaces, making beds, etc.) -Excellent communication/Self-starter -Superior customer service -Superior interpersonal skills -Confident in ability to eventually learn high-level workings of rental vans in order to assist customers when they’re out on the road Flexible schedule and hours.
