We are excited to spend the day connecting with other youth ministers, praying, and growing in formation. W E L C O M E This spring we are headed back to Marian University for our Spring Business Meeting. Thank you to our friends at Marian for hosting! At our Spring Business Meeting, we will be diving in the topic of building a team ministry! We all know that we cannot be only effective minister if we want our ministry to be fruitful. We will be unpacking the process how to build a team from clarifying your ministry vision to recruiting individuals and even how we can use evaluation as a tool to help our ministry. Tammy Mansveld from St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Nederland, Texas will be joining us to share her insights and tips. We are looking forward to a great day together that will include time to form an action plan to grow your ministry team when you return home.
