Come one, come all (actually...just come 24 of you.) These classes are fun for beginners or experts. It's part spectacle, part workout. Yes, we have a charity ride coming up in a few months...this is part training, but it's also just fun. The themes are well thought out and the space is safe for however you fly your freak flag. If you just want to sit and move your feet while we entertain you...have at it. If you want to get your sweat on...there's room for that, too. It's all for charity, so just come!
