The VIP Event gives you access to the NTB soundcheck at 5:00pm. You can watch the band in this intimate setting, they will run through their soundcheck and towards the end they will play a song or two that will NOT be included in the evening show, there will also be a 15-minute Q&A at the end of soundcheck. The VIP event will run from 5:00-6:00pm, giving the band time to prepare for the show afterwards and allowing patrons time to go get a bite to eat before the concert. What time do the doors open? Doors into the auditorium will open 30 minutes prior to show time. Doors to the lobby, the box office and merchandise sales will open 1 hour prior to show time. How long is the show? The show will be approximately 90 minutes. Can I bring my nursing baby or young child to the show? This concert is recommended for children 10 and older. If you choose to bring a slightly younger child, each person entering the hall must have a ticket. In order to provide a favorable experience for all attendees, no children 2 and under, including babes-in-arms, will be allowed at the concert. Please consider the ability of a child younger than 10 to quietly enjoy the show before purchasing a ticket for him/her. Once I purchase a ticket, can I get a refund? We do not offer refunds on ticket purchases. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.If a show is cancelled by the artist due to illness or inclement weather, you will receive a refund for your ticket purchase. If the show, however, runs as scheduled and you choose not to attend because of weather conditions or other reasons, you will not receive a refund. Note that shows are very rarely cancelled.Are discounts available ? There are no military, senior, group or child discounts for this concert.Will merchandise be available at the performance?
