Want to modernize your kitchen or bathroom floors with tile, but not sure where to start? This class is for you! In this renovation class you will learn to install floor tile. We will discuss different types of tile, adhesives, substrates, floor leveling,materials patterns and challenges. Activities include measuring and cutting tile with an wet saw, manual tile cutter and tile nippers. You will use the basic tools to adhere and bed the tile and finish tile with grout. We think you will get the MOST from this class if you have some tile experience. If you want to practice, we suggest you take our Tile Basics class before taking this class.
