Description

A lunch series to encourage ACTION + GROWTH Building Margins Into Your BusinessExtra time is a luxury many business owners feel like we don’t have. Balancing time in your business to think about its growth, and then time for family/friends can get exhausting. But if the last couple of pandemic years have taught us anything, it’s that downtime and slowing our pace has many benefits. Ginger Williams will help us explore shifts that can be made in our businesses by reevaluating the margins we build in daily systems. Ginger will share how she attempts to match her priorities to her schedule and you’ll leave with the tools to create margins as you grow your business too. About Ginger: Lifetime Jackson resident, Ginger Williams joined Town & Country Realtors and has sold more than 11 million dollars in real estate. Williams has been a contributor and editor of the Jackson Business Journal, as well as one of the writers of the history book of Jackson: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow and Our Jackson Home. She has also spearheaded the citywide water balloon fight on 731 Day and created the Arts Backstage, a networking event for Jackson’s leaders to meet Jackson’s local artists. She currently serves on the board for the Jackson Arts Council and the Scarlet Rope Project. Lunch: Coyote Blues Tickets include lunch: $20 each week– $10 off if you register for the full series. Call 731-554-5555 if you prefer to pay by check.
