The Bailsmen journey from NYC to take the Forte Stage for this one night to bring you great swing music to dance to. Our Regular Sunday Swing Dance night is getting an upgrade. The Bailsmen perform jazz regularly around New York City at Caffe Dante, St. Mazie, The Belfry, and countless weddings and events. Everywhere from Brooklyn, the Hudson Valley, The Hamptons, to all the way up and down the East Coast from Boston to Washington D.C. This vibrant collection of young Brooklyn musicians is sure to charm the crowd anywhere and everywhere. Brooklyn’s The Bailsmen play Hot Jazz and Gypsy Swing. Their sound is straight from New York by way of New Orleans, nodding to Django Reinhardt, Sidney Bechet, Louis Armstrong and Duke Ellington.
