As a Picker, you are trained on a riding pallet jack to select orders, build pallets, and properly load the trucks for next day delivery. A Day in the Life as a Picker: Our Pickers work Sunday – Thursday nights, with Friday and Saturday off. This is a very physical position, requiring repetitive lifting of 20-25 pounds of product.
