Mixology Class: Absinthe 101 Grab a seat at the bar as our bar manager, Christian Jenkins, teaches an intimate class on the history of absinthe and the traditional method of preparing this unique spirit with an authentic absinthe fountain, sugar cube and water. You will also learn how make absinthe cocktails. This tasting will leave you refreshed & wanting more! Each class is limited to 10 people. The price is $35 per person plus tax.
