About Lolita Hearts for Dementia Home Care Founder and CEO, Lolita Tramel serves as a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been on the frontlines for over a decade providing personalized care and support to patients and families confronted with serious illnesses. Her background includes serving minorities, geriatrics, the LGBTQ community, those living with HIV, alcohol and drug addiction, neurological deficits, depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more. Lolita is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, a NCCDP Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer, and a PAC Certified Independent Trainer for Teepa Snow.
