Join us for Remake Learning Day on May 19 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the University of Pittsburgh's Homewood Community Engagement Center! STEM Coding Lab, in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, is pleased to host a Remake Learning Day at Pitt’s Community Engagement Center in Homewood to provide educational experiences for local youth, ages 8-16, designed to pique interest in computer science, as well as the many careers associated with CS. The event will offer students an opportunity to learn varied ways in which they might engage the topic of CS, including through animation, robotics, audio design, and more. The event will be comprised of 5-6 “stations”. Each station will be staffed by either STEM Coding Lab or a Pitt professor/representative and will feature a 30-45 minute hands-on activity for families and students.
