This is a faith based journaling workshop that focuses on healing emotional hurts. This workshop does not require any journaling experience. WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS WORKSHOP: Journal to Heal is a creative, faith based journaling workshop for women that invites you to learn about different journaling styles as well as experience the benefits of journaling through life's hurts. FOCAL POINT: Each workshop is designed with a different focal point. This workshop's focal point is: HOPE. In our time together, you will gain a greater understanding of how hope can revive and heal areas of disappointment and loss in our life. Through the combined flow of topical lecture, journaling, and discussion in a relaxed atmosphere, you can experience the benefits of journaling as a healing instrument. STYLE: You will enjoy a small gathering of friendly women in a comfortable atmosphere while learning and/or further developing your journaling skills and familiarizing yourself with the specific focal topic. WHAT TO EXPECT: This workshop will be a combination of: * Topic focused lecture * Guided journaling prompts * Safe discussions PARTICIPATION: This workshop is designed for all personality and writing styles so you are free to participate as much or as little as you are comfortable with. You do not have to have any journaling experience. WHO LEADS THIS WORKSHOP: Hi! My name is Tressia Stokes and I am a Christian life coach and founder of Kitchen Table Coaching. For over a decade, I have taught, mentored, and coached women in the area of inner healing and freedom. I have witnessed the benefits that journaling can bring in one's life and it is my desire to see every woman live in freedom and wholeness. WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS WORKSHOP: As part of the workshop you will receive all the supplies that you need to begin jouranling. You will gain information on different journaling resources, tips, and accessories that can make your personal jouranling experience enjoyable for you. C19: No masks are required, but you are free to bring your own to wear if you would like to.
