Presented by Throwback Outdoor Cinema, a mobile pop-up drive-in theater. ~ HOOK~ Saturday 3/26/22 1991, PG Rating, Starring Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman, and Julia Roberts. Gates open at 6:00pm, Showtime at sundown, approximately 7:30pm. ** FOOD & CONCESSIONS - Your support of our concessions is more important than you may know. Movie licensing costs requires 50% of our tickets sales. Concession purchases are very important to help keep our business going for the community. :) For spring break movies we will have classic theater butter popcorn, tons of great candy options, bottled sodas, water, and a few other special treats! We have more great options coming for the summer also! ** BAD WEATHER & REFUND POLICY - Unfortunately we cannot show during rain or significant winds. If bad weather is predicted on a movie day, we may be unable to safely set-up and operate, and reserve the right to cancel up to 3 hours prior to show time if need be. We will try to give further advance notice if possible. Please follow our Facebook page for weather updates, or keep a watch for email updates if you hear of the possibility of bad weather on the day of your movie. In the event of a cancellation we will provide an Eventbrite credit that can be used toward one of our summer movies. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AT THIS TIME. --- HOW TO DRIVE-IN --- 1) Get excited and arrive early! :D Follow signs at the fairgrounds parking lot to check-in with the attendant BEFORE parking. 2) Check in with the attendant, then pull into the end of the row appropriate for your vehicle size. Please follow the guide below to be sure everyone can have a good view. Line up your front or back bumper with your row of parking cones. 1st row - cars only. 2nd row - cars and SMALL SUVs. 3rd row - small/mid SUVs, SMALL trucks, vans . 4th row - large trucks, large SUVs, vans. 5th row - large trucks and overflow parking. ** If you would like to back in your space and sit with a hatch door up, please be sure it raises no higher than the top of your vehicle, so those behind you can still see well. We will have tie-down rope available at the concession tent if needed. **If you are in a small truck and would like to sit in chairs in the back, please only park in the 4th or 5th row, even if your truck is small. This is so heads popping up above the top of your truck do not block the view of others. :) 3) Movie sound is only through your vehicle's FM radio. There are NO amplified speakers onsite. A limited number of portable FM radios will be available to rent at the concession tent if you would like to sit outside and have extra sound. Please arrive early if you would like to rent one. Please tune-in to the radio station provided by the attendant at arrival and be sure you know how to run your radio, and crank up for heat if need be, without your headlights coming on. ** Please Note: cell phone radio apps and Bluetooth speakers may or may not work properly. A car radio or portable FM radio is recommended for the best experience. ** Construction paper and gentle painters tape will be available at the concession tent to tape over headlights or bright running lights that may not turn off. PLEASE NO HEADLIGHTS OR BRIGHT RUNNING LIGHTS DURING THE MOVIE. 4) Get your movie treats and drinks at our concession tent! Cash or card is accepted. Get ready to enjoy the movie! 5) Please help us make clean up easier by keeping any trash with you in your vehicle when you leave. 6) Let us know through social media if you enjoyed the drive-in and and please tell a friend! Not necessarily, but, WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO. Onsite tickets will ONLY be available IF advance tickets have not sold out, and ONLY 50 VEHICLES SPACES WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR EACH MOVIE. Advance ticket sales will end at 12:00 noon the day of each movie. Our Facebook page will be updated the day of each movie noting if onsite tickets are still available for that night. --Is there a restroom? Yes. Restrooms will be available and are a lighted walk several yards away in the restroom trailer toward the front of the fairgrounds. To go to the restroom, enter the fairgrounds through the gate to the right of the concession tent. Please Note: the small restroom building closest to us is not open yet and is still winterized. It will be open for the summer. Please accompany all children to the larger restroom trailer. --Can I sit outside of my vehicle, with my back hatch up, or in the back of a truck? Yes! Please do stay in front of your vehicle and be sure bodies and heads, your hatch door, or any other items do not extend higher than the top of your vehicle, unless you are in the back 4th or 5th rows you may sit in chairs in the back of your truck. Tie down rope will be available for back hatch doors if needed. Please remember if sitting outside your vehicle, you may need an extra portable FM radio to be able to hear the movie sound well. MOVIE SOUND WILL ONLY BE THROUGH YOUR CAR FM RADIO. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY AMPLIFIED SPEAKERS ONSITE. A limited number of portal FM radios will be available to rent at the concession tent, please arrive early if you need one. --Can I run my vehicle during the movie? If it is a cold night we understand you may need to crank up for heat. We do ask that you try to limit the amount of time your vehicle is running or the amount of times you crank up, to be respectful of the environment and courteous with engine noise for other guests. --Can I bring my pet? Unfortunately we ask that you do not bring any pets. --- RULES --- -- NO HEADLIGHTS OR BRIGHT RUNNING LIGHTS DURING THE MOVIE. As mentioned above, please be sure you know how to run your radio and crank for heat if need be, without your headlights coming on. Construction paper and gentle painters tape will be available at the concession tent to cover headlights or bright running lights. -- As a courtesy to other viewers, please limit using your cars interior light and bright cell phone screens during the movie. --Please remain in the designated movie area within the parking lot of the fairgrounds, unless visiting the restroom.
