Relax, restore and unwind with us at Pax Coworking Studio during a sound immersion with Jenn. All you have to do is come with an open mind and a will to chill in a beautifully serene environment. A sound bath is beneficial in many ways, it can support you in calming the mental chatter and connecting in with your inner landscape. It can help to relieve stress, reduce pain, boost your immune system and help you sleep. We will move inwards with the intention of listening to ourselves. Jenn will play a variety of soothing instruments that will ease you into a deeply relaxed space.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket or 2, pillow, eye pillow (Jenn will have some you may purchase), bolsters, anything that makes you feel comfortable. Wear comfy clothes.
