FOXBORO, MA — A serious crash in Foxboro is backing up traffic right before exit 12B on I-95 south. The crash happened near Route 140 at Commercial Street. Two left lanes of travel were closed around 9:50 a.m., adding up to about a mile of delays. No injuries have been reported.
