ORANGE, CT — An Orange resident has won $10,000 after she recently scratched off a winning lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery. Jessica Fedor of Orange claimed her prize on Wednesday, the Connecticut Lottery website says. Fedor played the 200X game and bought her ticket at Ohm Grocery Mart Inc. in Orange.
