Small rototilling job

Looking for someone to rototill my very small lawn (20'x25'). Ideally, I would like someone local to Pburg that has a standard sized rototiller that wouldn't mind doing a job to help offset the cost of the machine! Please - no small tillers (the tines do not go deep enough in the soil, I found, when I had this done 3 years ago). It is a very small yard so the job will not take more than an hour - no brush - just grass (barely). I will be amending the soil with topsoil as you work - since it is mostly clay now. I'll be doing all the final raking, etc. My schedule is flexible, but would like the job done by early April, weather permitting.
