Northside private residence is looking for an experienced property maintenance technician to maintain its property. Essential Job Functions: • Responsible for the overall upkeep of property landscape • Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas • Maintain exterior image, which includes cleaning of driveways, curbs, walkways, etc. • Responsible for safe and efficient use of light equipment, machinery, and hand tools - including mowers, sweepers, weed eaters, trimming equipment, pressure washers, etc. • Apply lawn care chemicals as needed • Maintain mowers, blowers, and other lawn equipment • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations • Report issues to properties manager • Perform other related duties and activities as required Qualifications: • Friendly, service-oriented attitude • Organized and detailed • Previous grounds maintenance experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Clean driving record • Must be able to pass a background check • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED • References Required Work Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm Benefits: • Paid Medical Insurance (employee only) • Paid Long Term Disability • Paid Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Competitive pay
