PHOENIXVILLE, PA — If you know you may have come in contact with a positive individual, free tests are being offered in Phoenixville Friday. The nasal swab tests will be set up at Barkley Elementary School, located on 320 2nd Avenue, on Friday, June 19. The tests, sponsored by the Chester County Health Department, are spread around eight different locations in the county.
