SanMar Invoicer/Loader FULL-TIME $16.75/hr, plus $2000 new hire bonus 3700 4th Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379 Pay ranges from $15.25 - $16.75 per hour An Invoicing Clerk must be able to invoice, tag, and load customer orders at a fast, accurate pace. Employees may be required to safely and efficiently load trailers and other vehicles, depending on the ship, by manually lifting and stacking cases of product. Duties include: - Maintaining a safe, neat, and clean work area by adhering to SanMar’s safety regulations. - Responsible for checking out equipment and returning in the same condition. - Ability to move product with pallet jack and hand truck. - Using Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with Internal Operating System to perform daily work. - Invoicing, tagging, and loading customer shipments in an accurate and timely manner. - Using Internal Operating System to verify accuracy of shipping details - Meet production and accuracy standards and shipping deadlines. - Regular and prompt attendance.
