Mike Watkins told the television station he didn't realize the surveillance camera picked up a big cat until he reviewed the footage later that day. The animal is seen pacing around the steps of Watkins' Fairmont neighborhood home before hopping over a fence. "At first glance, scrolling, I saw an animal. Possibly a cat or raccoon. Then checked again, and saw this long tail," he said. "I noticed it was a lot bigger." He told ABC7 he'd just installed the surveillance camera about a week ago. Read more at ABC7
