Upper Bucks Celtic Festival Time: Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Location: 620 W Chestnut St, Perkasie Enjoy Irish music, food, fun and games in this downtown Perkasie festival — there's even a kilt contest, and an Irish soda bread contest.
