Elmhurst Men Face Battery Charges: Cops

ELMHURST, IL – Two Elmhurst men were charged with battery after an incident early Wednesday morning, according to a police report. Benjamin S. Fay, 20, and Richard A. Wilbert, 18, were cited on battery charges, police said. They were released on bond. The incident took place shortly before 4 a.m. in the 500 block of Fay Avenue, police said. Police said they responded to a loud noise complaint. When they got there, one of the men said the other battered him during an argument, police said.
