PHOENIXVILLE, PA — PECO is planning work in Phoenixville Borough next week, causing lane closures in the township. According to PennDOT, PECO will have weekday lane closures on Black Rock Road/Route 113 between Winding River Lane and Riverwalk Drive due to utility construction. The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24 Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The scheduled work is weather dependent.
