We offer the right Candidate: Great company atmosphereFantastic benefits which include medical, dental and vision plansCompany paid for Short-term disability, Long-term disability and Life InsuranceA fantastic opportunity to learn and grow at a credit unionCompetitive SalaryOpportunity to give back to your communityGenerous paid time off and holidaysProfit SharingYearly BonusesGenerous Incentives for cross selling Responsibilities: Assist the Branch Manager in coaching, training and developing branch Teller (MSR) staff.Responsible for assisting with branch performance reaching objectives and goals through effective leadership and superior sales and service skills.Assist Branch Manager as needed in whatever capacity necessary.Troubleshoot and resolve inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.Completes administration duties at branch such as:Opening and closing the branchVault balancingCompletion of daily businessCash ordering and receiptATM maintenanceIn the absence of the Branch Manager, oversee all facets of the branch, ensuring members have the best experience and branch duties are completed in a timely manner.Assist Branch Manager with Performance Reviews.Serve members in the capacity of MSR and FSR.Cross sells ECU products and services.Provide a great experience to each and every member.Learn and continually improve as an Assistant Branch Manager.Follow credit union policies and procedures.Staying current on credit union products and services and upselling. Requirements 1+ years Financial Service Representative or Personal Banker experience.Organized and diligent ensuring all task are completed in a timely accurate manner.Leadership skills, including coaching and managing a teamAbility to effectively communicate both orally and written.Comfortable and successful cross selling products.Above average math skillsDependableCash handling skillsBilingual in Spanish is a plus. Schedule/Location: Available Monday thru Friday 8:45 to 5 (at times 6).Saturday’s 7:45 am to 1 pmAvailable to work at any of our 5 locations (Oswego, North Aurora, Yorkville, Aurora and Montgomery)
