Seeking Doctor and Priest/Pastor to write a vaccine exemption letter

Hello everyone. I am seeking a kind hearted Doctor out there who can please write and sign a letter of exemption for me for a new job I am starting at the end of the month, and I need it as soon as possible. My Primary Care Provider refused to do one for me, and only gave me a 90 day extension to not get one, which will not suffice for my new job. I need to be granted a permanent exemption. I am also seeking a new PCP in the South Shore area. I am also seeking a Priest/Pastor/Minister/Religious Leader who can write and sign a Religious exemption letter for me. I am new in the area, and have not been able to attend a new church and develop a rapport with any one particular congregation just yet. The Covid vaccine is not a political issue for me, at all. My objections to it are purely only for religious and medical reasons. Unfortunately, I am also a health care worker, and the mandates are making it nearly impossible to continue working. I want to stay in health care because I truly enjoy the work, and truly enjoy helping and taking care of people, especially the sick and elderly populations.
