No experience required for shop technicians, but experience is preferred. For the installer position, experience with any of the following is preferred:
- cutting/handling flat glass
- shower door installation
- storefront aluminum and glass installation
- automatic door installation and automatic electronics troubleshooting
- door closures and hardware
- installing and retrofitting residential windows
The successful applicant must be reliable, responsible, have a valid driver’s license and carry him or herself in a professional manner.
Our pay scale ranges from $18.00 to $36.00 per hour, depending on applicant’s experience and what specific position the applicant is applying for. Replacement Glass offers competitive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, profit-sharing, a Simple IRA retirement plan and a great work environment.
