WEST GOSHEN, PA — Police have issued warrants for the arrest of two men they said passed thousands of dollars in stolen checks in Chester County. Robert Banning and Jonovan Sadler, who are both from the Philadelphia and Chester areas, have been charged with forgery and theft. The pair stole the checks from a mailbox on Andrew Drive in West Goshen Township, police said. A total of $11,327 in stolen checks were cashed.
