I am moving to port henry in the next two weeks. I will need a new home health aide. I go through concepts. It is consumer direct so I am in charge of hiring my own aide. Must register with concepts. You would need to do papers and get a physical and TB test. 28 hours a week flexible schedule and easy work. Must have a car and be able to take me grocery shopping.
