WEST CHESTER, PA — A young woman who sold deadly fentanyl to a man at a Walgreens in 2019 has been sentenced to serve time in state prison. Synclare Little, 24, of Boyertown, was sentenced to 5-10 years in prison after pleading guilty to Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, according to the Chester County District Attorney's office. In April 2019, the defendant delivered fentanyl to Robert Lowery at a Walgreens in Norristown, officials said. The next day Lowery was found dead of an overdose in a lobby bathroom at Phoenixville Hospital's Emergency Room, the D.A. said. Phoenixville Police found correspondence on the victim's cell phone between Little and Lowery, arranging for the drug delivery that later led to her arrest. Judge Jacqueline Cody presided over the case, and Phoenixville Police handled the investigation. Deputy District Attorney William Judge was the prosecutor.
