This Full Time Lead Mechanic is based out of Fountain, CO. AM Day shift plus possible weekend shifts and Overtime. Candidates meeting the requirements for mechanics below are strongly encouraged to apply. Salary Range: • $23.00 - $28.00/hr. (Depending on experience) Shift Times: • AM: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday / Weekends and OT as needed) Retirees and veterans are welcome Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Mechanic • Experience with electrical systems with strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams along with electrical repairs • Experience working on vehicles and diagnostics • Well-rounded mechanical experience • Must have good organizational skills • Must have good attention to detail • Must be a self-starter and willing to learn • Must have own tools with rolling toolbox • Must be able to read, comprehend & execute written procedures • Good oral and written communication skills • Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends • Must have good attendance record • Assembly experience - should be comfortable with removing replacing engines, transmissions, battery packs.
