Hourly Rate: $17.00 Looking for an experienced gardener/groundskeeper to care for the grounds of a 4.5-acre private property in Doylestown. Responsibilities will include: •Regular weeding of multiple beds and gardens •Planting of annuals, perennials and other plantings as needed •Spring mulching •Twig and branch removal and light pruning •Fall leaf blowing •Seeding and turf management as needed •Small pool maintenance •Firewood splitting and stacking •Gutter cleaning •Pressure washing •Small, odd jobs •***Grass cutting is NOT included and performed by a landscaper. This is a permanent annual job, and I will guarantee an April 1 to November 1 schedule, 2 days per week, 7:30AM – 4:00PM (16 hours). Hourly rate: $17.00 (cash). Actual weekly schedule will vary based on weather and your availability, but I will guarantee 16 hours per week. Must have experience with gardening, plants, pruning, soil amendments, etc. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy wheel barrels, dig, bend over, etc. Experience with basic power tools and landscaping equipment is required. Must be reliable. References required. Onsite interviews to occur over the next few weeks, with a start date of 4/5. *NOT looking for short-term commitments. Only long term. Thank you.
