Please Help My Grandmother

Hello my grandmother has recently been taken out of the nursing home she was in. And my family has had no luck with companies who take care of the elderly. Employees have shown up just to sit there all day and text on there phone and we had to cancel those caregiving services because they aren't doing there jobs. My whole family is trying everyday to make sure she's okay with feeding her breakfast,lunch,dinner but we all have our own lives with working and needing to take care of our own stuff at home. I'm looking for someone who is a female to help take care of her when they can. My grandmother is not in good condition whatsoever she is overweight and can't stand up and do anything for herself. This is my last resort of finding some type of help to lessen the weight we are all feeling. My one family member has been trying every single day to take care of her but she has a busy life. I just need someone that who would be willing to help in the meantime while we try to find her a 24/7 care giving place that actually does there job and respects the elderly. If you could this out of the kindness of your heart not just me but my whole family would appreciate it so much. Times are very rough right now and we are all fighting our own battles. If you could help with this I'll try my best to lessen a weight you have in life. I don't have money nor does my family its just a bad position at the moment.
