Our government client is looking for a park GROUNDSKEEPER. See the details below: PAY RATE:$15.00PH **MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND** MUST HAVE A TEXAS VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. LOCATION: 5150 FM 2351 at Clear Lake, Friendswood TX 77546 Hours for this position are: Mon - Fri - 8am to 5pm Job Summary: KEEPING THE PARK CLEAN AND OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. under a supervisor, perform duties related to landscaping, grounds development and maintenance of county park ground equipment, facilities, roadways and right-of-ways etc. Job Duties: Emptying trash barrel bags and replacing them with new bags. Be able to lift 50 lbs….+ or - Cleaning all restroom facilities Clearing of the park grounds of litter All other duties as assigned The workday will consist of many hours of walking, cleaning restrooms with household chemicals, lifting & disposing of trash bags, so please be mindful of the job being physically demanding. There are no onsite lunch availabilities / County refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine are available. Lunch break will be 30 minutes.
