Need setup, tear down, audio mixing

We are a very small audio equipment rental company in need of technicians for occasional setup, tear down and audio mixing. We usually will schedule weeks in advance. It’s usually a 12 to 16 hour day. Our events are usually private parties and gospel music event and may include the following services. 1. Setup FOH and monitor PA 2. Setup all the back lines 3. Setup for video projection occasionally 4. Setup for livestreams occasionally 5. Setup lighting fixtures occasionally Tasks to be performed by the technicians: 1. Come to Peoria to load up 2. Go to event to setup, operate, tear down and load up 3. Return to Peoria to offload Here is a partial list of the mixers we use 1. Midas Pro 2c mixing system with DL251 stage box 2. Waves eMotion LV1 soundgrid system with DSPro4000 stage box 3. Midas M32 mixer with DL32 stage box 4. Presonus AR16 mixer 5. QSC TouchMix 16 In addition some experience with the following is necessary but not required 1. Dante audio network 2. Soundgrid audio network 3. Mixing with Waves plugins 4. Recording with a DAW (We use Studio One 5) 5. Rational Acoustic’s SMAART 6. Shure Wireless Workbench Please respond with experience level on these mixers and daily pay rate. Note that training will be provided if needed. Also pay is commensurate with experience and how much equipment the event needs.
