21st Century Storage is seeking a year-round part-time janitor/ groundskeeper for its storage facility on Route 35 in Oakhurst. Shift is 20 hours per week, 3-4 days per week (3 day week is approximately 6.5 hours per day; 4 day week is 5 hours per day). Tasks include: weeding, mowing, debris pickup, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, painting, dusting, snow shoveling, etc.
Candidate must have availability 3-4 days per week between the hours of 7am-6pm. Shifts/ days are flexible. Candidate must be able to work outdoors during summer season. Candidate must be able to handle the physical nature of the job.
