Indie pop singer-songwriter ISO drummer and/or backup vocalist

I moved to Philadelphia from Washington, DC six months ago and am trying to put together a band! I sing, write songs, and play keys. So far, I've found a bass player, and possibly a guitarist, but am still in need of one or two more folks. I definitely would like to add a drummer to the lineup. I also would love to find someone who can sing backup -- someone who gets a lot of joy out of singing harmonies, to whom it comes easily, who doesn't often have to be taught exactly what to sing, etc. Bonus if you play an instrument, such as guitar, keys, synth, a wind or brass instrument, or a string instrument such as a violin, but it's not absolutely necessary.
