Description

Experience in all phases of residential remodeling is a must. Must be a professional, motivated self-starter with at least 5 years trim carpentry experience. The individual must be a team player who can follow instructions as well as problem-solve. Must be punctual, reliable and have attention to detail, as the quality of work must be outstanding for our clients. Own hand tools & vehicle a plus. Must have a clean driving record and be able to work in Lake & Geauga counties. * Erect walls and drywall installation * Determine specifications and calculate requirements * Fit and install trim items * Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials * Prepare layouts using measuring tools * Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches * Install custom cabinetry * Install windows * Rough & trim carpentry * General knowledge of plumbing & electrical * Use of an aluminum brake a plus * Stain, clear coat, prime and paint wood
