As a Warehouse Pallet Sorter at CALco, you will represent CALco working at our customer facility, using your talent and skills to efficiently manage the customer’s pallet sorting and recycling operation. This job is in Janesville. The starting wage is $17 per hour. The shift if Monday - Thursday, 7:30pm - 4:30am and Friday, 2:00pm - 6:00pm. As a part of the CALco team, you will be eligible for a full benefits package including health (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental, vision and life insurance, 401K with an employer match, paid holidays, paid vacation, and personal days. Warehouse Pallet Sorter Responsibilities: - Management of the customer’s pallet sorting and recycling operation - Hand sort wooden pallets into groups of re-usable vs. recyclable pallets (90% of job). This is a very labor intensive position. - Use forklift to load and unload pallets on and off of 53’ van trailer - Contact management to report any issues that need attention Warehouse Pallet Sorter Requirements: - Ability to perform consistent heavy lifting of up to 50lbs - Ability to self-start and work with limited supervision - Minimum of 1 year experience of safe forklift operation - High School Diploma/GED Please submit CURRENT resume and contact information.
