We're a local company with some pretty interesting things going on in Fort Thomas.
64 apartments located within one apartment community, 25 self storage garages, about 20 commercial tenants. All properties located within 1 mile of each other. We're looking for someone to run maintenance on these properties.
It's a full time position, and we can be flexible on designing a 40 hours-per-week schedule that works best for you.
Need to have experience in the trades - plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.
It's a cool job - not too stressful - and always interesting because of the variety of the types of properties.

$21/hr+ based on experience, PLUS $3/hr if HVAC certified.
